The front grass of a Burchfield Penney Art Center is stealing a makeover. Landscaping crews are in a midst of formulating a array of walkways that lead by a grass and breeze along a projection monoliths.

Two artists, both using fashion as their muse and using watercolor as their medium, create completely different atmospheres and auras in their paintings. 

The Burchfield Penney Art Center at SUNY Buffalo State has broken ground on a transformational landscaping project designed to enhance The Front Yard and provide greater accessibility to the Elmwood façade of The Center.

Kirsten Feigel has completed the first year of her Graduate Studies in Museum Studies at Buffalo State College. Kirsten looks forward to working in the arts and cultural fields, hopefully at the Smithsonian.
