Recipients include the Arts Services Initiative of Western New York, $10,000; the Albright-Knox Art Gallery, $20,000; Squeaky Wheel, $25,000; the Buffalo Philharmonic Orchestra, $12,500; Burchfield Penney Art Center, $20,000; and White Pine Press, $15,000.
