Visitors were invited to view the range of furniture designs in the museum’s collection, from the stark simplicity of Gustav Stickley's early twentieth-century oak rocker to Wendell Castle’s playful, enameled polyester molar table. The exhibition also included the furniture designs of biennial Craft Art exhibition purchase award winners Joseph Moran, Douglas E. Sigler, and Thomas W. Stender, chairs by the Saarinens, and works from the Charles Rand Penney Craft Art Collection.
