Yoga on the Terrace

Beginner-friendly yoga classes offer 60 minutes to slow down, reconnect, and explore mindful movement in the beautiful setting of the Louise Terrace (Second Floor) at the Burchfield Penney Art Center. Don't forget your mat and water bottle!

Aleeah is a 200-hour certified yoga teacher with a passion for creating grounding, beginner-friendly classes that make yoga accessible and enticing, especially to those who may not have a personal practice of their own. Her teaching centers around restorative practices,
deep stretching, and mindful movement, offering students a chance to slow down, reconnect, and explore and challenge their bodies in a gentle and intentional way.
