Major Tom Loftin Johnson (born 1905; date of death unknown) was an American muralist and an art instructor at the West Point Military Academy.
Among the works for which he is known are Panorama of Military History, a 1936 WPA mural at West Point, and American Pieta, an award-winning painting which uses the iconography of traditional pieta scenes to comment on racism.
In Western New York, he created five murals for the Officers Club at Fort Niagara State Park depicting the history of the 28th Regiment from its inception in 1905.
