Tom Kostusiak is an audio artist and the production manager and technical director of the Performing Arts Center at Rockwell Hall, Buffalo State College. He also teaches courses at Buffalo State in sound recording and reinforcement as well as lighting design. He has been involved in the design and planning of facilities for the performing arts for over ten years. He earned his B.A. in Technical Theatre and Design from the University of Buffalo.
In 2009, Kostusiak collaborated with artist Jeff Proctor on “20,000 Crickets,” an immersive installation at the Burchfield Penney Art Center evoking life of crickets through their sounds, environment, and video footage in homage to Charles E. Burchfield's depiction of crickets in his art.
