Thomas LeClear

Thomas LeClear (1818-1882) was a painter from Oswego, New York.  A founding member of the Buffalo Fine Arts Academy, LeClear was especially known for his portraiture. He is included in many collections such as the Smithsonian American Art Museum, the Corcoran Gallery of Art, and the White House
