Rina Peleg is an internationally renowned ceramic artist from Israel who earned her M.F.A. at Alfred University in 1980. She was an artist-in-residence at ArtPark in 1982 and Nina Freudenheim exhibited and represented her work. She was given a Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant in 1987, and she and her work have received among numerous awards overseas in Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, and in the U.S. in Alfred, Rochester, Washington DC, Lake Placid, and New York City.
