Nancy Valle

Nancy Valle is a ceramicist and educator who has taught visual arts at the elementary, middle, high school, and college levels. Valle also leads professional development workshops for teachers and art workshops for adults in the Rochester community.

A recent work with links to the 20th century is her Push/Pull piece. As part of Art Reflected: The Inspiration of 100 Years at the Memorial Art Gallery in 2013, Valle chose a painting by Hans Hofmann in the Memorial Art Gallery's permanent collection as the inspiration for her sculpture.
