Julie McIndoo is a Western New York artist who received her MS in Art Education from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Since 2002 she has been teaching adult watercolor classes in Buffalo and Hamburg NY. Previously, she worked as an elementary school art teacher for 25 years, conducted summer art workshops for all ages, owned and operated Milk House Pottery in Lawtons NY, and served as the president of the Hamburg Cooperative Nursery School.
McIndoo is currently a member and former show chair of the Centennial Art Center, a Signature Member and former fall workshop chair of Niagara Frontier Watercolor Society, and a member of Western New York Artist Group. She holds a solo show annually in addition to participating biannually in group exhibits sponsored by her memberships.
