Joshua Marks grew up in Buffalo and currently lives in Brooklyn NY. He received a B.S. in Studio Art from Skidmore College, M.A. in Sculpture from Purdue University, and M.F.A. in Sculpture from the Cranbrook Academy of Art. His work has been exhibited nationally in solo and group exhibitions, including at the Albright-Knox Art Gallery, Nina Freudenheim Gallery, Burchfield Penney Art Center, Hallwalls, Exit Art, Art in General, and Diverse Works. He has taught at Purdue University,SUNY Buffalo State, Colorado College in Colorado Springs, and The New School (Parsons), NYC. Currently he manages Screwball Spaces, an artist community, in Red Hook, Brooklyn.
