Jack T. Knight

Jack Knight is a sculptor, mixed media artist and painter who strives for his work to encourage a closer examination. Knight was born in Canada, but grew up in Western New work. He earned an associate of arts degree in fine arts at Niagara County Community College in 1969, a Bachelor of Science in Art Education from the State University College at Buffalo in 1972, and a Master of Fine Arts in Painting from SUNY at Buffalo in 1976. From 1970 to 1971 he was the gallery director for Gallery 229, the student gallery in Upton Hall at Buffalo State College. He has exhibited his art in many colleges and museums nationally.
