"Isabella Brito is a Brazilian architecture student, who was enrolled at UB under a full scholarship from the Brazilian Government. Isabella was born in Anapolis, Brazil, and began her studies at the Federal University of Goias, in 2009. A role model for her peers, Isabella has participated and won domestic and international competitions, including 3rd prize in the International Student competition held by the Sao Paulo Biennial in 2011. Her designs in the UB Small Built Works Program have been selected for the Front Yard installation at the Burchfield Penney Art Center."[1]
Brito's design for the towers for the Front Yard was selected from initial designs that were created in a competitive charrette format by a team of undergraduate and graduate students as part of Brad Wales’ Small Built Works (SBW) class at the University at Buffalo School of Architecture and Planning,
