Frank J. Lankes

Frank James Lankes, who was a friend of Charles Burchfield and brother of J.J. (Julius John) Lankes, was the West Seneca Town Historian from 1946 to 1975. He was the author of several books, including An Outline of West Seneca History (1962), The Senecas on Buffalo Creek Reservation (1964), and Reservation Supplement, Related to Buffalo Creek Reservation (1966).
