Istanbul is burning.
Smoke billows ominously, filling the air as fires rage in the distance. They move closer, flickering from building to building, until they are right below you.
What started these fires? How long have they been burning? There is no stampede of people clamoring to put them out. So, where is everyone? Are you alone, watching the world around you slowly combust?
A gorgeous, complex, architectural cityscape stretches out beneath you.
And it is burning.
Hey Kids:
Did you notice the fires burning in the distance, at the top of the drawing? There are several, which seem to move closer and closer, until they are right in front of you at the very bottom. Does this feel menacing? Perhaps you want to reach out to someone standing with you, to hold their hand and ask what’s happening. Perhaps you want to work together, to help put out those fires and save the city.
