ovular in shape & the glow becomes crimson. A beautiful contrast to the violet in the trees underneath it. Over in the east the sky reflects none of this glory, but is violet, whence comes night. Day feeling the pursuit of night, looks over its shoulder before finally proceeding. As we see the ball approach the horizon, we expect to see some startling phenomenon occur. The sun seems like a huge gelatin ball full of red liquid the pigment of which is slowly settling to the bottom, leaving the tip alone a transparent red.
