saying they couldn’t be educated up to it. Well I was in the pants and had an enormous amount of space in front that I was at a loss to know what to do with. I was just considering calling Fred in to help fill them when my eye caught the pillow on his bed. Off came the slip and down in my trousers went the bulky pillow, giving me a rather corpulent look, altho the stomach was rather near my knees for good proportion. Nothing daunted I now enlisted the services of Louise who proceeded to garnish me with one of her hats, a sash a big how tie, and Joe’s smoking jacket. All ready I paraded in, exaggerating my stomach by thrusting it forward as much as possible. Fred was dressed as an Irish Biddy. The two of us created a distinct impression both on ourselves and on our audience and as a result we laughed until there was no more laugh left in us.
