how I bared to Kaiser my love of nature yet the memory of the things I saw on those walks is pleasant. We usually sat by the edge of a big pond there, watching the ducks and listening to the many birds. It was the spring of the year - my favorite time and I enjoyed myself “to the utmost. We took a couple all day trips. One was to “Gates Mills” a few miles from Cleveland. On this trip the one thing that stands out clearly is when we sat by a big dam and listened to the war of waters. That was fine, I must not forget Lake Erie. I remember I could hardly wait for a glympse of it. Bill and I went out 105th St. to the lake one Sunday and walked along the shore. How I would like to live on the lakeshore. The water is a sight all its own and I could sit for hours watching it, especially when it is stormy.
The school year was capped by a big celebration. This was the Thirtieth Anniversary of the School. It covered over three weeks –
