went to the Park, directing Alliance rooters to the Park and players to the dressing rooms.  Despite the rain, we found a big crown awaiting their turn at the ticket-window.  We were forced to stand around in the mud before we keep get near it.  We also saw King and scandalized him when we told him that we had refused Day’s offer of tickets for helping in the preparation.  We were rather scandalized ourself when forced to stand around and soak in all the spare rain around.
     But finally we found ourselves in possession of seats in the grandstand and looked around us with sigh of relief.  I certainly thanked heaven devoutly that I wasn’t a football player.  Never will I forget how that
