We walked up town to see if anything was going on. On the way we met a Junior or two and asked them why they took their pennant down - very innocently enough. The became sore and even now some of them begrudge speaking to us. (Great stuff of this color business.) We had only been up town a little while when King discovered a Junior pennant hanging out from a window of Harris’ law office. Without appearing to notice it, were worked our way to the spot and planned how to get it down. Mr. Harris himself was standing on the steps below. So Bill + I went up to him, intending to use strategy if possible. We informed him that we were Juniors and had found a better place to
