Barbara Insalaco’s title wordplay manifests itself as a visual pun by featuring the majestic Niagara Falls national landmark with some of the Supreme Court justices in discussion about a highly significant ruling. Edwards v Aguillard, 482 U.S. 578 (1987) was a case heard by the U. S. Supreme Court regarding teaching creationism in Louisiana public schools whenever evolution was taught. The Court ruled that it was unconstitutional to make such a requirement because the law specifically intended to advance a particular religion.
