Talked late at night with Bertha about churches. I confessed to my early dislike and disrespect for Christians, due to my limited experience with churches (Pres. Meth. & Baptist) which have changed due to my association with her, and the Lutheran church. It was a “golden hour” when we were in complete harmony, and could talk with perfect frankness.
