Martha Visser't Hooft (1906-1994)

From “Remarks about my painting”: In my painting “TROJAN HOURSE” I was influenced by my childhood memories of the story of the Trojan horse, however I have recreated the Trojan horse in terms of a mechanical war machine, at the same time retaining the form of the horse.
