Perhaps influenced by Japanese prints, this bold design creates a dramatic sense of depth, with the waning light of day dissipating in the background, and the silhouetted, heart-shaped morning glory leaves asymmetrically patterned in the foreground. The radiating linear details seem to suggest the song of crickets or the gentle rustling of leaves. Pops of scarlet dance through the scene.
