Almost torrential rains all-day-
P.M. get F____ to take “Grain Elevators” by truck to Gen. Pict. Frame Co. to be packed. B & I follow to see it. Under their indirect lighting, it looks better than at any time. For the first time, I dare to think I have produced a fine picture.
Afterward, we went to Lafayette to see “Letter of Introduction” and “Danger on the Air” – extremely enjoyable, well thought out, and with clever dialogue.
When we came out, the weather had cleared, and it was colder.
