A briskly cool brilliant day - at noon walk up Maryland – The massive buckeye trees have the appearance of looking at the sun – their brilliant emerald green is new every day.
Poplar trees are unfolding – they are full of millions of dazzling stars. Shade is big & black – shadows of leaf masses zigzag across the houses – The cool wind seems to carry the vivid green color with it as it comes out of the sky – a white awning new – is hard to look at.
