Sept. 4 – 7
The “Ohio folks” visit. It was pleasant having the here (they stayed overnight at a motel) – and two days they spent in Toronto at the Canadian National Exhibition. I enjoyed talking to them, and I know it does Bertha worlds of good to see her people again. Poor Vic seems worn out, and with no “lust for life’ whatever. Mary says he works too hard on the farm.
