A miserable night with throat and nose – Did not get to the studio until 11:30–
Not much accomplished. Scrubbed out various offending parts of the August Evening (at Annie’s) [275] and in the “Midsummer in the Woods” (preparatory to introducing a cicada motif at the top) —
