While duly bound to remain indoors to day a wonderful thunderstorm occurred — the lightning was vivid & frequent — at odd moments I saw wonderful things — at sunset another storm came up and turned the world into a fury of strange unbeautiful colors.
Late at night in an automobile I rode under the calm starry sky but to the southeast lightning played in the clouds — a strange feeling went thru as of seeing world I have lost.
