I never saw cherry bloom petals falling across the moon, but it would be a wonderful sight. Yesterday & today I heard & saw a yellow bird — I am thankful that the thrill was just as strong as in former springs.
Under willow at edge of Wade Park Pond in the rainy dusk — frogs were piping & swimming to & fro; bats in the air a big wind — The wind was wonderful & the first evening wind I have noticed this year.
