At noon times, when we came out of school, the sweet fragrance of growing things was wafted to me and the pleasure of it thrilled me thru and thru. Oh it was a wonderful spring day! When I got home I went out in the grape-arbor to see my wildflower bed. The Hepaticas’ cups were wide open to receive the sunshine—the way they looked up, straining their little heads, seemed as tho they were worshipping the bright sunshine and the warm winds and Power that endowed them with such gifts!
