All of us but M &A to church. The Lenten hymn “Go to Dark Gethsemane” which reminds me strongly of the opening phrases of Tchaikovsky’s 1812 Overture.
A brilliant moonlight night – For a short walk at 11:30-
It is very cold; the moon so bright, I can hardly look at it – a, marvelous night; the snow covered roofs and fields are startling in their intensity. The snow is sprinkled with flashing diamond sparks.
