I read an account in some paper lately about some robins hibernating near Ohio in great flocks. Lack of food is all that keeps them away other years. Seeds and fruits of all kinds were especially plentiful this year. No doubt these robins were a part of same great flock. I longed for the time to watch them to see where they were going.
