Texture

Works in the fine art and craft art collections that exhibit dramatic textural qualities to magnify their aesthetic raison d’être were brought together in the Sylvia L. Rosen Gallery for Fine Art in Craft Media. The exhibition included two fans by Margie Hughto; one is handmade paper and the other is ceramic. Also featured were three untitled, totemic wooden sculptures by Gene Vass, Amy Hamouda’s sisal fiber and polyester resin sculpture Hook and Eye, and John J. Miecznikowski’s bronze Standing Man.
