The documentary "Ming: Day and Night" shares a personal journey of the Chinese American chef Sam Lam fulfilling his life long passion with arts and food through crafting his own restaurant by hand in Buffalo New York.
Documentary film maker Diedie Weng grew up in Guangdong, Southern China and is currently living between Canada and Switzerland. She received her MFA in documentary production at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
