Olivia Long

Olivia Long is an artist who works in the realms of print media, paint, collage, and poetry. "I found printmaking in college and fell quickly into love with the process," writes Long. "I began experimenting with image and text transfers to explore themes of grief, loss, and memory. The written word has been another consistent visual element of my art practice and something that I love to play with abstracting, obscuring, layering, and changing. I’m interested in welcoming in feeling through an exploration of individual, and inevitably collective, experiences of love and grief."
