Nancy Shaver (b. 1946, Appleton, NY) lives and works in Jefferson, NY. In 2023, Shaver exhibited her work in WOLF in Erie County at Hallwalls in Buffalo, NY. Her collaborators also included the book, Heat Waves in a Swamp: The Paintings of Charles Burchfield, lent by the Burchfield Penney Art Center. It was the catalogue for the traveling exhibition curated by Robert Gober that was shown at the Hammer Museum, UCLA; Burchfield Penney Art Center in Buffalo, NY; and Whitney of American Art in New York City (2009-2010).
