Jax Deluca is a multidisciplinary artist and co-founder of Flatsitter, a media arts collaborative based in Buffalo, NY. Her work has been exhibited and presented internationally, including Ann Arbor Film Festival (2015), Everson Museum of Art (2015), Kuala Lumpur Performing Arts Center (2011), Albright-Knox Art Gallery (2011), CEPA Gallery (2010), The Richmond Center Atrium Gallery at Western Michigan University (2009), Smackmellon/NYC (2008), Burchfield Penney Art Center for the Beyond/In Western NY Biennial (2007), Visual Studies Workshop/Rochester (2006), and in various film festivals in Europe and Asia. She has held artist residencies at the Institute for Electronic Arts (Alfred University, NY), Signal Culture (Owego, NY), and the Experimental Television Center (Owego, NY). She is currently the Executive Director of Squeaky Wheel Film & Media Arts Center and teaches as an adjunct professor of Digital Media Arts at SUNY Buffalo State.
