Daisy Anderson was a quiltmaker. She studied at Indiana State Teachers’ College and transferred to Buffalo State College, where she received her BA and MA in elementary education. After twenty-five years working as a teacher in Buffalo Public Schools, she retired and began making quilts. Her work has been displayed at the Burchfield Penney Art Center, the Theodore Roosevelt Inaugural National Historic Site, Buffalo Museum of Science, among others.
