Alexandria Sullivan Alterio is a photographer and a native of Buffalo, N.Y. In describing her work, she writes, "My camera lens is often drawn to subjects that are on the surface ugly, such as a collapsing house, but have beauty hidden within. Playing with lighting and framing allows me to take something that might otherwise be forgotten and make it memorable." [1]
