To Barker to get Sally & Boys. S had everything packed – ready to go back to Morrisville. {Wed – letter to Evie –}Sept 16 – 21 –Sally’s visit – which we enjoyed a lot. It was good to have Sally “under our roof” again, and the boys were so lovable. Sturdy energetic little fellows always “on the go”. Art made up completely with me. – What a thrill to have ones a grandson put his arm around your neck, and press his little body onto yours! Many a romp he & Pal & I had in the backyard. Betimes making a new table for the studio & painting frames. Sept. 22 (Wed.).Working on frames – 6:30 H & I take Cathie’s trunk in. Evening an agony – sitting around working waiting for the parting.
