makes an outlet thru which the reddened water is sucked over dully diminishing until the last color has flowed away and is replaced by the dark cold waters of night.iAugust 25, 1914As I lie in bed hear cheeping of many blackbirds. Look out. Sky speckled with blackbirds & cold yellow clouds. I saw many of them flying up from the wind-whitened trees. It seems that on cold fine mornings like these that the wind shows the undersides of the leaves more. What a refreshing sight - this shower of white over a
