apple tree searching evidently for “mongrel” worms that inhabit the slimy roots of the sod.(HT)Wind-blown trees blending gradually into a yellowish rose sky which blends abruptly into pale blue.(HT)Oriole singing at sunset. Pauses once in our streaky wind cherry tree + sing once.(HT)The odd rose color draws me downstairs & to end of arbor.Just in time to see a most wonderful sight. Long bar of red violet cloud edged with vivid orange. Sun behind a thin screen of clouds turns it to glowing orange.
