[inscription reads] " and corn? / No that is what tickles our nose. / The shrill crescendo of the cicada, the rattle of wheat-shocks, the chipper of a goldfinch, the wavering cry of bluebirds, the rattle of leaves, the booming hum of a horsefly, or the tinny hum of a woodland mosquito, or the buzz of a bumblebee, the rasping of a katydids? / No they compose the tune that is being played in the tree-tops. / Oh, who can define the soul of the wind?
