Beauty & grace of cliffswallows. Seem silvery in flight a tho they had flown too low and gotten some of the dew silver on a clover leaf on their wings. They are hostile to redwings & bobolinks and pursue then diligently.(HT)(HT)Return to camp. Jim fishing in hole. Tells me to come and fish while he goes down creek where he left his own pole. I do so. In quick succession I pull out two bass and a catfish. I feel my first thrill as a fisherman.(HT)(HT)Swallows circling near as attract my attention. One flies abruptly into hole in bank.
