Early in the week, the decorating committee of the Home-coming board commenced putting up, on ropes stretched across the street, divers banners and pennants of every land and country known.
“All that it lacks now is a Senior pennant” remarked a disinterested youth of that clan.
The remark, overheard by several of us, took deep root in our minds and revolving it over and over in our minds every day, by the evening of Thursday we had decided that a pennant must be put up, by lawful means or otherwise.
