Dec. 13 (Wed.)
Sunny + partly cloudy – cold and stiff s.w. wind.
a.m. – finished up all the cards –
Tried unsuccessfully to get in touch with Sally.
Took cards to p.o. To bank to get money – Then to Mart’s to deliver her mat-boards.
B + I to Chestnut Lodge for lunch, then to Ulbrich’s for some shopping –
Home – and to studio – mounted a couple very fragile newspaper photographs, and a drawing – also mounted and matted a very small version of the 1919 “Haunted Evening” as a Christmas greeting for Bertha. Got out the ink tracing-drawing of “May Ninth, 1917” – I discovered I could make a erasures on it, and plan to thus effect some corrections tomorrow –
Evening called Ferris’ – Art answered the phone. I told him to have Sally call us in the morning.
