Painted the Butterfly dream picture – The dream was only a point of departure – On an impulse I decided to bathe all things in a pure golden light. I used the 1917 Turkey Foot Lake (1917) for the lake, the willow bush “grew” into a full-fledged tree, with butterflies clinging to its branches.
Bertha was enthusiastic about it when I took it into the house.
