Sally out for Memorial Day –
P.M. S- B & I to the Genesee Sharp Rds. Country – to brief excursion to the bog. Pitcher plants just in bud. Swamp Laurel in full bloom.
To the woods where I sketched. A fine day – gathering flowers, found a few iris in bloom.
Back by Sibley Rd. Stop at Swamp by R.R. for more iris. B wanders around to swamp dank with hemlocks. She returns with a few Dwarf Cornel blooms, the first I ever saw around here.
