A white sunlit morning – a cool damp rainy wind – grey clouds soft blending layers – rain comes – sky turns a rich med-violet – Trees flat + fall into planes of flat greens with ultramarine trunks sky at noon is yellow grey – a strange contrast with the almost cerulean trees – A vivid O Y RV [orange yellow red violet] sunset against it sharp unblended trees patterns of rich green – a queer phenomena is white bloom of buckeye in shadow against sky with elm trees intervening – the color is elusive but may be a neut grey blue white white dappled moon –
